Pricing

Drywall repair jobs can vary in complexity and pricing depending upon your particular circumstances. However, most drywall repairs performed in modern homes are standardized and subject to standard pricing. Non-standard repairs will be subject to custom pricing.

Standard pricing:

Standard Patch: $450 

(6" X 6" up to 36" x 36" hole size) Includes: Remove damaged drywall, add support and prep for patching, apply new tape, skim with 3 coats of drywall compound, sand patch, prime patch (high ceilings & walls are subject to additional charges)

Nail Pops: $60 each
10 or more Nail pops - $40 each
Includes: add screws, prep for patching, fill with 2 coats of drywall compound, sand patch, prime patch, paint patch (Pricing for 8 foot ceilings, paint not included).

Custom Pricing:All non-standard repairs and installations will be subject to custom pricing.
