These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WallRescue website, communication channels, and services. By contacting or using WallRescue, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

WallRescue provides professional drywall repair services, including but not limited to patching holes, repairing wall and ceiling damage, and related surface preparation. All services are provided subject to availability, service area limitations, and these Terms.

WallRescue reserves the right to refuse or decline service requests that fall outside our scope of work, service area, or operational capacity.

2. Communication Consent

By contacting WallRescue via phone call, text message, website form, website chat, or photo submission, you expressly consent to receive service-related communications from WallRescue.

These communications may include:

  • Requests for photos or additional service details
     
  • Appointment scheduling and confirmations
     
  • Appointment reminders and updates
     
  • Customer service follow-ups
     
  • Service-related notifications
     

Consent applies only to communications directly related to your service request.

3. SMS & MMS Messaging Terms

WallRescue uses text messaging (SMS and MMS) strictly for operational and customer service purposes. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

 Carrier Disclaimer:
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. 

Message Details:

  • Message frequency varies based on service needs
     
  • Message and data rates may apply
     
  • Photo messages (MMS) may be used to request or receive images of drywall damage
     

Opt-Out:

You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. Once opted out, you will no longer receive text messages unless you initiate new contact.

4. Phone Calls and Voicemail

Phone calls to or from WallRescue may be recorded for quality assurance, training, documentation, and customer service purposes, where permitted by law.

WallRescue does not use:

  • Robocalls
     
  • Prerecorded messages
     
  • Automated voice broadcasting
     
  • Deceptive or misleading calling practices
     

Calls are made or received only in connection with legitimate service inquiries and customer requests.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when contacting WallRescue or requesting services. This includes correct contact details, location information, and accurate descriptions of the drywall damage.

WallRescue is not responsible for delays, pricing changes, or service limitations caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. Photo Submissions

By submitting photos to WallRescue, you confirm that:

  • The photos are related solely to your drywall repair request
     
  • You have the right to submit the images
     
  • The images do not include sensitive personal information unrelated to the service
     

Submitted photos may be retained for service documentation, quality assurance, and internal records.

7. Estimates, Scheduling, and Scope of Work

Any scheduling, estimates, or time allocations provided prior to an on-site visit are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change after in-person evaluation.

Final scope of work and pricing are determined on-site and may vary depending on:

  • Actual size and condition of the damage
     
  • Accessibility of the repair area
     
  • Additional repair requirements discovered during service
     

8. Service Limitations

WallRescue services are limited to:

  • Designated service areas
     
  • Residential and approved service requests
     
  • Standard drywall repair work
     

We do not handle insurance claims, remediation services, or unrelated construction work unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

9. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of WallRescue services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

WallRescue does not sell, rent, or share customer personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WallRescue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, website, or communication channels.

WallRescue’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the services provided.

11. Modifications to Terms

WallRescue reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which WallRescue operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
