Remove loose tape or damaged corner bead, prep for patching, apply new tape or corner bead, skim with 3 coats of drywall compound, sand, prime, paint .
Standard Patch:
Remove damaged drywall, add support and prep for patching, apply new tape, skim with 3 coats of drywall compound, sand, prime, paint .
